The PCX Parrot™ Clip is suitable for multimeter probes due to:
1) the 1000 V Cat III voltage insulation according to IEC-1010-231
2) commodity to handle, point and grip on various places and devices
3) easiness to assemble, disassemble and solder to the lead
Available with tip sizes: W2, W3, and W4
PCX model are much demanded for multimeter test leads


PCM

PCM
 

The PCM is a mini clip, suitable for many connections like multimeter probes, jumper leads (cable with one clip at each end), oscilloscope ground, etc.
The PCM is complying to 600 V Cat II voltage insulation according to IEC-1010-231.
The PCM is easy to assemble and disassemble by inserting a screwdriver at its back and solder to the lead.
A very special application of the PCM is for the model with the W1 tip to be used as a SMD Probe and Clip
Available with tip sizes: W1, W2, and W3, voltage insulation 600 V Cat II


PCS - MB

     

The PCS - MB has mother (female) banana plug for connection a 4 mm (male) banana plug
The PCS - MB clip is suitable for activities where a large variety of connections are needed and different clip sizes and models are to be used.
The PCS-MB canbe uset for up to 400 V .
Available with tip sizes: W1, W2, W3 and W4

     

B) The size of the tip - width of the metal tip, width of the hook and diameter of the hooked rod

     

The metal tip of the Parrot Clips is a bras tube with an oval shape and hole, cut at a sharp angle of 45°

C) Connection type to the lead

1) Solder (Parrot Clips) are easy to disassemble by inserting a screwdriver at the end of the body and twisting it.
Then the lead is soldered on the metal prolongation of the tip, inside the body.
2) MB - mother banana for connection with a 4 mm banana plug Banana connection (MB) to the lead with a banana plug is available only for the PCS-MB Parrot Clip
